Homefield House, is a very attractive looking Detached Victorian Home that stands apart on this street of more recently built houses. A lot of the surrounding land in the area belonged with the property that were once market gardens, and this home has been owned by the same family living here now for the over 75 years.

The façade is in classic stone with bay windows with its name etched into the front door lintel. As you enter you will notice the beautiful ornate tiled floor leading you in, which is likely original in its marron, gold and black pattern, the stairway at the end. To the side are two doors, leading to the Reception rooms. The Living room is full of light with is large bay window, the corniced ceiling and rose still in place, the fire place is now sealed but the vendors advise it can be reinstated. There is a large walkway into the Dining Room which offers plenty of room for a table and you can over look the rear garden.(maybe put a French door in there) The Kitchen has a full range of wall and base units and spaces for free standing appliances. There is a fun colourful tiled floor leading also into the Lobby/Utility area where you there is space for a Fridge Freezer. To the end of the house is a generous sized Wet Room with a three piece suite. To the side is a large conservatory a favourite room to sit in year round, full of light, a radiator, television aerial and you can look at both garden areas.

Ascend the first floor and you will find the main bedroom which again has that large bay window and a second window as its the full width of the house, a great room and it also has an en-suite shower room within, plus plenty of space for wardrobes and so on. Along the landing is the second bedroom, L-shaped and overlooks the rear gardens.

There is a stairs way leading to the upper floor, this was converted around 2002 and has had a double bed within, now the vendor uses it as a hobby room, with sky light windows. To the side is a loft area which is great as it is for storage but I wonder if more can be done such as an en-suite etc.

Outside the plot is fully enclosed with two access gates, and the shaped so that there are two main garden areas. The side garden you can enter vis the conservatory. Its bathed in light and the owners have made is low maintenance by decking it fully. Its a lovely place to sit as the owners have adorned it with pots and planted of flowers full of colours. The rear garden is similar low maintenance, laid to concrete with a decked seating area in the far end corner. The front garden is small with Cerny stone between the house and the front wall. To the side is a Driveway that is block paved and can accommodate two cars with ease.
