Owners Insight

"Previously living in one of Torquay’s Victorian Villa’s which we ran as holiday apartments, when we decided to retire in 2008, we realised that we wanted a more manageable home in a convenient, established location. Having looked around the town we decided that St Marychurch offered us everything that we needed, with a good selection of shops and regular bus services all easily accessible, and so we focused our search in this location.

As soon as we saw this bungalow we knew that we had found our new home, with the lovely private plot ideal for us to potter around and the bungalow being extremely manageable for us, a decision that we have never regretted.

Now 17 years later we have decided that the time is right for us to downsize again, looking to stay in the area, and we hope that any new owner enjoys living here as much as we have done!"
