Set on the first floor of a contemporary Pocket Living development, this beautifully finished one-bedroom apartment offers a refined blend of style, function and location. Interiors are thoughtfully arranged and bathed in natural light, creating a calm and comfortable retreat from the city. Homerton Station is just moments away, putting swift transport links at your fingertips, while green open spaces like Well Street Common and Victoria Park are a short walk in either direction. Perfect for first-time buyers or those seeking a low-maintenance London base, this is a smart, well-connected home in one of East London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
If you lived here...
This well-positioned first-floor apartment sits within a striking contemporary building, defined by clean-lined brickwork and tall, light-maximising windows. A covered communal walkway offers handy bike storage, set against a leafy backdrop and safely tucked behind secure railings.
Step inside to a bright, well-organised hallway with two built-in storage cupboards and clear sightlines to the generous open-plan living area. Here, dual aspect windows frame contrasting views—lush greenery on one side, vibrant urban scenes on the other—while pale timber flooring unites the kitchen, dining and lounge zones. It’s a welcoming, multifunctional space with abundant natural light and plenty of room to host or unwind.
The bedroom is quietly positioned off the hallway and features a full-height window drawing in a gentle morning glow. With crisp white walls and pale flooring, it’s a peaceful sanctuary with ample floor space for furnishings and storage. Adjacent sits the bathroom, finished in calming neutral tones with full tiling, smart flooring, and a broad walk-in shower enclosure.
Above it all, a large communal rooftop terrace crowns the development. Planted benches and open seating zones invite lazy afternoons or evening gatherings, all set to far-reaching views that sweep across the city skyline and rooftops.
The surrounding neighbourhood blends creativity, greenery and community spirit in equal measure. A short stroll away, the Chesham Arms offers one of East London's most loved pub experiences—an atmospheric spot recently recognised in Time Out’s top 50. For outdoor space, Well Street Common provides a peaceful stretch of green perfect for a walk or a quiet moment under the trees. Just beyond lies the much-loved Victoria Park, a vast expanse of parkland, lakes and trails, with the vibrant Victoria Park Market bringing together local produce, global street food and an easy weekend buzz. Hackney Central is also close at hand, offering a lively mix of eateries, vintage shops and cultural spots.
What else?
Getting around is effortless, with Homerton Station just over five minutes away on foot, offering swift Overground links. Hackney Downs and London Fields stations are also nearby, connecting you to central London and beyond. A network of local bus routes makes travelling to surrounding neighbourhoods like Dalston, Clapton, Bethnal Green and Stoke Newington straightforward, ideal for exploring the rich variety of East London’s cultural, culinary and creative scenes.

A word from the owner...
"We have hugely enjoyed being the first owners and living here for the past eight years. The floor to ceiling (double glazed) windows fill the flat with natural light, providing broad views of the sky and cityscape. The flat has underfloor heating and is very energy efficient. Its location means some of Hackney’s best green spaces are walkable- Victoria Park, London Fields, Well St Common and Hackney Marshes. Chatsworth Rd and Hackney Central are also very close. One of the best features is the bike storage, which is inside the building but outside the flat on the same floor. The shared roof terrace provides outside space without having to leave the building."
