Owner's' Insight
"Having been born and brought up in Torquay, I always liked Torbay Park, and as soon as we walked up the steps 15 years ago and saw the beautiful sea view we knew this was our next home. It is hard to ignore the sea view, but there are so many other things we will also miss. The southerly facing garden, drive and garage, and lots of storage.
It has been a vey difficult decision to make, but we want to spend more time travelling before retirement, so taking a lifestyle change to an apartment."
Step Inside
A stepped approach rises to a raised deck with glass and stainless steel balustrading and composite front door opening to the entrance vestibule with inner door to the sitting/dining room. A particular feature of this room is the picture windows encapsulating the outstanding views over the surrounding area to the sea at Lyme Bay and stretching coastline. Internal glazing allowing borrowed light from the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of plum high gloss units with brushed steel handles and granite work tops with inset sink and carved drainer. Built-in double electric oven and grill, ceramic hob with filter hood over, integrated fridge/freezer and cupboard housing the gas boiler. French doors and side window overlooking and opening directly to the south facing rear terracing and garden.

Step Outside
The rear garden enjoys a southerly aspect with direct access from the kitchen, also benefiting from a side covered stepped approach utilised by our client for additional utility and storage space with secure doors to the front and rear.
