It was the patio, as soon as I saw the outside decking I knew that I had to have the flat. I loved watching the birds coming to the bird house. It was a very convenient place to the town. I used to walk in to the shops and the sports centre.

This is now the second time i've had the privilege of selling this apartment, having sold it to our Seller back in 2007! This really is a rare find, as there are only a handful of apartments in the town that have their own private roof terrace, and this one is fantastic! The apartment itself has great space, the kitchen has been refitted and having no chain is an added bonus too!

Area Comment:
Living in Camberley is like having the best of both worlds; you get the charm of a leafy town with all the modern conveniences that's got just enough shops and restaurants to keep you entertained and your wallet/purse empty, plenty of green spaces for those 'I should really start running' moments and easy access for London via the M3, A30 and several train stations nearby. There's an abundance of great schools for all ages locally too, and enough coffee shops to make sure you get your daily fix!
