Brickworks Says
Tucked away at the top of a semi-detached double-fronted building, this home offers a smart, modern layout with personality and style on tap. Stepping in from the freshly painted shared hallway, after a short flight of stairs, you're met with an airy open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling sliding doors steal the show. They frame leafy, tree-top views and open onto a Juliet balcony—perfect for warmer months. This room is nothing short of spectacular.
The birch plywood kitchen is beautifully put together, with plenty of storage and integrated appliances, keeping things sleek and clutter-free. Built-in storage is dotted throughout, making the most of every inch and allowing for easy, tidy living. The bathroom is just as thoughtfully designed––well-sized, bathed in light from the double skylights and with more discreet storage solutions built into the eves.
The location is equally appealing. Tottenham has quietly reinvented itself, with a growing community of young families and creatives drawn to its character and energy. West Green is a melting pot of Caribbean, Middle Eastern and British influences, where indie cafés, breweries, and restaurants create a vibrant local scene. From this well-positioned flat, you're right at the heart of it all.
The Owners Say
We've spent many a peaceful day in this apartment, watching the parakeets out the huge living room windows and soaking in the atmosphere of Downhills Park. There’s plenty of greenery around you here despite the urban location—it’s the best of both worlds.
We’ve loved living in this area too—it’s really easy to get to central and east London but there’s a lot on our doorstep, so we don’t have to go far to find a good pub, café or restaurant.
