The land & barn is situated on the north side of the A38 dual carriageway expressway, in the village of Smithaleigh in the South Hams area of South Devon.

The nearest city of Plymouth is approximately 8.5 miles to the west and the A38 dual carriageway expressway, connecting to the M5 motorway and national road network, being just to the north with access via Marley Head.

Description
