Accommodation
Stepping in through the front door there is a small entrance with door into the sitting room as well as a handy downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. The sitting area enjoys a lovely outlook through the front window out to the greenery adjoining the edge of the estate and also flows through to the kitchen/dining room. Stairs also lead up from the sitting area to the first floor, while there is a useful storage cupboard under the stairs. At the back of the home, the kitchen/dining area is a modern, compact space with ample room provided for a dining table and chairs, with double doors heading out to the garden. The kitchen itself has a range of wall and base units and drawers for storage, while a boiler is boxed in the corner. A stainless steel sink/drainer sits underneath the window among a worksurface area while a range of appliances are built in, including a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor canopy over. Space and plumbing is provided for a washing machine.
Rising upstairs, the landing presents both double bedrooms. The main room enjoys the aforementioned outlook at the front from an elevated positioned, served by a spacious en-suite bathroom comprising of a WC, wash hand basin and a panelled bath with shower over. The second bedroom at the back is another double and also with another en-suite which has a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle.
Outside & parking
Two allocated parking spaces are provided one in front of the other to the front of the property. A beautiful green space makes for an attractive outlook from the front of the home and provides a sense of openness which is often hard to find on a modern development. The no-through brick paved road leads up to a small area of garden to the front laid to shingle, while also approaching the entrance to the home through the front door.
To the rear, there is a patio adjoining the back of the home itself, while a footpath follows the garden up to the back where there is a gate providing useful pedestrian access. Raised flowerbeds provide decoration to the outside space which is enclosed with fencing - ideal for those with young children or pets. A neat area has been laid with artificial lawn for easy maintenance, with a raised decking area creating another seating space which captures the sun nicely.
