From Hereford – take the A49 Ross Road south until just before you reach Pengethley. You will then see a right hand turning to Symonds Yat and Monmouth signposted. Take the right hand turning onto the A4137 and proceed on the road for approximately 2.9 miles before taking the right hand turning signposted for Llangarron. At the t-Junction as you reach the village turn right and then shortly after turn left once you are parallel with the church car park. You will then find the land on your left-hand side after approximately 0.3 miles as indicated by the Sunderlands ’For Sale’ Board.
