What have you enjoyed about living there ?
We have really enjoyed living in the Knights Wood community, surrounded by 150 acres of protected woodland with great footpaths, and excellent amenities including onsite and nearby schools, a cinema, and a gym. The ease of access to the A21, the M25, and the south coast, alongside a west-facing garden that catches the sun from spring to autumn, and the convenient KW1 bus service to Tonbridge rail station for London commuting, has made this a great place to live. The area has become a sought after location with many current owners staying on the development buying a larger property and being an area recommended by current residents to friends and relatives
What attracted you to the property when you bought it ?
Local school, new build, crime free and very friendly area, great links to A21/M25 and 15 minute walk from High Brooms train station, as well as bus shuttle service to Tonbridge Station. Parking space/drive directly in front of house was also a bonus to allow electric charging of car with ease. The fact that the property is end of terrace gives easy side and rear access to property. We have also benefitted from low energy bills due to the house having a B rated EPC.
