We moved to our home in Palmers Close in 1994. We chose the property because it offered a great layout for a growing family and had really good bedroom sizes which can sometimes be hard to find.
The garden was also a big selling point for us as it gave us much desired outside space (both front and back) that was a manageable size and felt safe and secure for our family to play in. Our neighbours are friendly and the area is very quiet and safe. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and hope whoever buys the house will too.
We like Cox Green for the good schools, and easy connections to the M4 & M40 motorways. The train station and town centre are a short drive away which made it great for commuting. Palmers Close is a short walk away from Ockwells Park which is lovely for a countryside walk and has a great play area for kids.
