If you lived here...
Set within a striking modern development in the creative heart of Hackney Wick’s Fish Island, this beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment offers refined interiors and a peaceful setting just moments from the vibrancy of the local canal-side community. Positioned on the second floor, the apartment enjoys a thoughtfully designed layout, where a sleek open-plan living area flows onto a private balcony complete with stylish shutters, ideal for relaxed morning coffees or al fresco summer evenings.
Interiors blend contemporary finishes with a warm, characterful edge. The kitchen is appointed with minimalist gloss cabinetry, integrated appliances, and ample surface space, while the generous living and dining area is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling glazing. The double bedroom offers a calming retreat, opening directly onto the balcony, and the bathroom is finished with neutral tiles, a vessel sink, and wood-textured cabinetry. Residents also benefit from access to a communal courtyard designed with greenery and seating areas.
Ideally situated in a vibrant cultural pocket, the home is just moments from the River Lea, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and Hackney Wick’s thriving food and arts scene. You’re within walking distance of independent breweries, cafés, and creative studios, as well as Hackney Wick Overground Station for swift links into Stratford and The City. This is urban East London living at its most dynamic, peaceful when you want it, buzzing when you don’t.
What else?
- Riverside dining will become your norm with Barge East, a unique sustainable restaurant on a 125-year-old Dutch barge offering stunning views of the London skyline. Situated among Hackney Wick's many waterside bars and restaurants, you'll have plenty of local spots to explore.
- Fancy a swim? The London Aquatics Centre, just a 15-minute walk away, offers two 50-metre pools and a 25-metre diving pool, where you can swim under the same roof that hosted Olympic triumphs in 2012.
- Relax in London’s oldest park, Victoria Park, or explore the charming Victoria Park Village nearby, where independent shops offer a nostalgic glimpse into a quaint, bygone era.

A word from the owner...
"I bought this flat as my first home, off plan in 2017 and it was constructed in 2018. Since then I have loved living here, Hackney Wick just keeps getting better! Surrounded by brilliant independent business- bakery 4, tuck shop deli, Kushty beauty, tacos at lvls and rooftop drinks at Lord Napier are firm favourites. There’s so much to do, always something new to try whether that’s classes at Pilates or Pottery studios. But the absolute best bit of living here for me- is Victoria Park on my doorstep! I’ll be really sad to leave this home, and if I could stay and add an extra bedroom I would!"
