What the owners love...

We feel extremely lucky to have called this our home for over 2 years. Built during covid we are the first owners of the property and have kept the space immaculate ever since. The flat is super spacious which often surprises our friends and family when hosting a get together.

The building is modern and with secure fob access, both on the main door and the lifts, so we’ve always felt safe and at peace in our home. There’s also a bike store which has been great to save us some space.

I would also note that the temperature regulation in the flat is amazing. In the winter we barely touch the heating and in the summer, it stays nice and cool.

We’ve loved having the outdoor balcony during the warmer months and for extra special views, the communal rooftop garden is amazing. Spending New Year’s Eve up there is a real treat.

The other residents have all been great to live with, a building WhatsApp group is at hand for anything and everything, and on occasion some get together to enjoy a relaxing social on the rooftop.

The location has been perfect for us. Having the Elizabeth line around a 10 minute walk away is like having central London on our doorstep making our commutes to work an absolute breeze. Likewise in the opposite direction, Heathrow Airport is such a short journey making our trips to the airport absolutely stress free. Ealing Broadway is close by for other lines including the Central and District.

West Ealing provides easy access via a short walk or bus to Ealing Broadway, Hanwell and also to Northfields. All of these places have offered us something different during our time here. We make regular use of the gyms, supermarkets and restaurants in West Ealing. Energym is literally on the doorstep and is the best gym we’ve ever been to.

For a bit more fun we head up to Ealing Broadway where you can find cinemas, bars and array of cuisines. We particularly love The Grange pub for their pleasant beer garden, Park’s Kitchen for some amazing Korean food and Santa Maria for some real Italian Pizza.

And for a little quiet, Northfields and Hanwell are perfect for an evening stroll into Llammas Park and Brent Valley Park respectively.

Between us we also play golf and like to run, and West Ealing allows for easy access to numerous golf courses and running routes which has meant that our hobbies have been super easy to maintain amongst a busy working week.

Why we'd buy it....

This wonderful apartment effortlessly combines logic and lifestyle, value and vision - a rare alchemy that’s hard to quantify but impossible to ignore. Set within a meticulously designed 2023 development, every element of the building speaks to thoughtful modernity: From the seamless convenience of lifts and advanced security systems to the impeccable specification that runs throughout the flat.

Then there’s the large private balcony - your own slice of outdoor space in the city, perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply watching the world go by from a comfortable height.

But what truly elevates this development above others in the area, both metaphorically and literally, is the breath-taking 11th-floor roof garden, a space that turns a simple residential block into a miniature utopia. It’s not just a roof; it’s a reframe. A way to rise above the chaos of the city and gain perspective - both visually and mentally.

Throw in an abundance of local amenities and the effortless access to one of London’s most powerful transport arteries, and you’re not just buying a home - you’re investing in a better, more joyful version of your daily life.
