Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Tarporley was twinned with Bohars in 1982, hence the name of this development. Bohars is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany, in northwestern France. It is located north of the Greater Brest area, between Brest and Guilers. The town is known for its natural areas along the Penfeld river and its various local shops and services. Now I can¿t promise views of the Penfeld river in Tarporley but it definitely has excellent shops and services on a beautiful Georgian High Street!
This lovely detached family home graces a well established development, originally built by Beazer Homes in 1993. The house has been cherished and meticulously maintained by its current owners for a little over three decades and they are the only owners of the home. Significant recent investment and capital expenditure have transformed this residence into a truly first-class living environment.
Spanning over 1400 square feet, the accommodation offers generous proportions throughout. The first floor boasts four comfortable bedrooms, including one with a private en-suite shower room, alongside a well appointed family bathroom. On the ground floor, the heart of the home is undoubtedly the open-plan breakfast kitchen, stretching across the entire rear of the property and seamlessly opening onto a recently installed, high-quality garden room. This thoughtfully designed space embodies contemporary living at its finest, providing an ideal hub for daily family life and entertaining.
