Pub/bar for sale

Licenced Trade, Pubs & Clubs NG10, Derbyshire

Restaurant and bar in Long Eaton for Sale.

Ernest Wilson are delighted to bring to market this immaculately presented restaurant and bar occupying a prime corner trading position within this bustling Derbyshire town. The business was established by our clients in 2019, during which time it has developed a strong reputation with loyal customer base. The business continues to grow and achieves an average weekly turnover of £20,000 – our clients have recently taken the lease on an adjacent unit with plans to create a larger function room to further increase turnover and profitability. The business is run predominantly by staff with a management team in place. Substantial leasehold premises occupy a prime corner position providing spacious 80 cover bar and restaurant, function room for additional 60 to 70 covers in comfort, kitchen and food preparation, staff room, office, ladies, gents and disabled WC. Plan to expand the kitchen and cold store to existing function room once planning permission granted for adjacent unit.
