Lillesdon is a small hamlet near to the favoured village of North Curry which lies some 6 miles to the South East of the County town of Taunton. North Curry offers an excellent range of day facilities including Primary School, Health Centre, popular pub, Post Office and General stores and a superb Parish Church. Taunton, the County Town, affords a wide range of shopping, recreational and scholastic facilities, there are four noted independent schools within the immediate district offering co-educational education for 4-18 year olds.
