Directions
From St. Austell follow the B3273 towards Mevagissey, passing through the village of Pentewan. Proceed up a steep hill, and at the crest of the hill at a crossroads turn right and follow the signs to Gorran Haven. Following this past ’The Lost Gardens
of Heligan’, proceed for several miles through the hamlet of Gorran High Lanes.
Turn left and follow the signs for Gorran Churchtown and Gorran Haven. Enter the village along Trewollock Lane and proceed downhill. Take the first right for Haven Retreat opposite Lighthouse lane.
Distances: Gorran Haven beach & harbour about 500 yards, Hemmick Beach about 2.5 miles, Mevagissey about 3 miles, Lost Gardens of Heligan about 5.5 miles.
