'Sellers comments''
'i've lived in this area for 20 years now and have loved being part of this vibrant, community-rich neighbourhood. I especially love the mixture of living on a quiet street whilst having the many amenities of a buzzing Barking Road a mere 2mins walk away. Here I can access Supermarkets, restaurants, clothes shopping, pubs, take-aways, multiple buses, a bakery, butchers, florists and more! A particular highlight is the traditional East End Fruit n Veg seller at the end of the road, who is always on hand to give you directions along with your fresh produce!
I also rely heavily on public transport to access the city and this flat benefits from being walking distance to both Canning Town and Plaistow stations, giving you multiple travel options. The newly appointed Elizabeth line being so close has also been a game changer for me. It takes 6 minutes on the Bus to get to Custom House station, which then gets me to Tottenham Court Road in about 20 minutes thereafter.
Finally, the flat itself has so much natural light, especially in the lounge which is south facing. So it gets lots of warmth in the winter and the large sliding patio style doors gives needed coolness in the summer.
This flat has been truly loved these past 20 years and I do hope the next owners enjoy it as much as I have.'
