Area comments...
Fordwells Drive is part of The Warren in Bracknell, and this section of the road is particularly sought-after. All the homes here are detached and were built after the main part of the development, creating a quiet and exclusive feel. You’re close to Martins Heron train station, Tesco, and lots of local parks. Bracknell town centre and the Lexicon are nearby, plus there’s easy access to the M3 and M4.
Ryan & Sanjay’s comments...
We love the setting here, especially the private garden that backs directly onto woodland—it gives the home a really peaceful feel. The condition is excellent too. The owner has redecorated throughout, added new carpets, and both the family bathroom and en suite have been refitted this year. There has also previoulsy been planning permission granted to move the kitchen into the garage space, which could create an even better layout for modern family life.
