Seller Insight:
What is your favourite room of the house and why?
Hard to choose but we would say both the kitchen and the drawing room. The Kitchen is such a lovely bright space whether sitting at the island with a coffee, baking or entertaining a crowd. The triple aspect windows give wonderful views of the gardens. The drawing room is also bright and spacious and again great for entertaining guests and relaxing in the evening.
Who do you think would be the next ideal owner?
It really could suit anybody, be it a Family or a couple. The property also has lots of potential to suit a multi-generational family due to the flexibility of both the house and the overall plot which offers scope for future expansion.
What do you love most about the house and why?
We love the space on the ground floor which is fantastic for entertaining all year round. We also love the gardens which are peaceful and private. We are visited by plenty of wildlife and will miss the birdsong. We can also chase the sun all day around the house with the different seating areas.
What do you love about the local community?
The Village is super friendly with a fantastic pub, a community hub that meets weekly and various clubs and societies that meet in the village hall along with further clubs and choirs in nearby Market Lavington. Three further pubs are within walking distance. We have been very happy in this area over the past 15 years.
How easy is it to commute from here?
Very easy, we commute to both London and Heathrow weekly. There are mainline rail services from Pewsey, Westbury and Chippenham.
Heathrow and Bristol Airports are easy to reach. The M4 and A303 are both within easy reach to commute by car.
What made you choose this property over others that were available at the time?
So many things! We loved the proportions of the rooms and the layout/versatility of the ground floor. The setting of the property was ideal for us as it is tucked away yet you can still walk to the nearby village shops, Doctors surgery, pubs and local schools. You are also on the bus route for both Public and Independent School buses. You can walk for miles in all directions with the dogs and the views are very special.
Accommodation:
The Beeches offers beautifully presented and thoughtfully designed interiors throughout which are ideal for both relaxed family living and entertaining.
At the heart of the home is the kitchen. Having been recently redesigned, the kitchen has been fitted with shaker-style wall and base cabinetry with smart white quartz worktops, a large central island with breakfast bar, double Belfast sink and high end, integrated appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is triple aspect making it a lovely, light space to cook in and to entertain.
Open plan to the kitchen, the dining room is located just next door, with access to the utility room and walk-in pantry.
There are three reception rooms on the ground floor, the living room, snug/bedroom four and the garden room. The living room, complete with an open fireplace, is again full of natural light with a large bay window and French doors out onto the patio and gardens beyond.
The snug is located at the rear of the property and can also very easily double as a ground floor, fourth bedroom or home office.
Moving through the ground floor, the garden room takes advantage of the afternoon sun with direct access onto the front terrace. Completing the ground floor is a shower room and further storage room, perfect for wine!
Upstairs, there are three spacious double bedrooms, all with lovely rural views, and the family bathroom.
Outside:
A long, gated driveway leads to the parking area at the front of the property where there is parking for several vehicles.
The gardens at The Beeches are beautiful. Separated into separate areas, and surrounding the property, there is huge scope to create further vibrant planting areas, areas for family outdoor activities, or even space to add a stylish outdoor home office, subject to the necessary permissions.
The views from the front gardens are fabulous, overlooking the neighbouring paddocks and the countryside beyond. There are also two extended terrace areas at the front and rear of the property where you can follow the sun for alfresco dining throughout the day and evening.
The Beeches also benefits from a spacious double garage and workshop area.

This unique home is situated along a quiet country lane in a beautiful rural position on a quiet country road within the village of Easterton.
