Description

Rare development opportunity in Caithness. 2.5 acres of land with outline planning (expired) for residential property. Not often available in this highly desired rural area setting.

Good access from the lane, and as can be seen on the plans for the site, the plot actually owns the access to the plot from the road.

Water and electric are at hand in the lane.

A once in a lifetime opportunity to build your dream eco friendly house, or even off grid. It has an excellent average wind speed, perfect for turbine and battery bank set up. Plus of course solar panels for those windless days. There is a burn running through the top of the property but I am unsure if it is suitable for a water turbine. It certainly will allow field drains to be fed into it for drainage. If building a family home you will easily triple your outlay comparing house prices in this very desirable area.

As you can see on google maps/earth (search for KW3 6BB or 5819'25"N 314'51"W) that this site has open unobstructed views in this open unpopulated area.
