Accommodation
The front door opens into a hallway providing access to all downstairs accommodation, including stairs that rise to the first floor. To the left is a useful cloakroom comprising a WC and wash basin, while to the right is the pleasant and cosy sitting room at the front of the home. Spanning the width of the home at the rear is a lovely re-fitted kitchen/dining area with space for a table and chairs along with double doors leading out to the rear garden. There is an abundance of slick, grey built-in storage cupboards and drawers with worktop space aplenty, inset composite sink/drainer underneath a window and a range of built in appliances. These include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, eye level electric oven and an induction hob with extractor canopy over. Large white tiled flooring completes the look of this modern, upgraded space and an internal door also steps into the garage which is an excellent storage area.
Heading upstairs, the landing gives access to a family bathroom which comprises a WC, wash hand basin and panelled bath with shower over. The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is a comfortable double room benefitting from built in wardrobes and an additional walk in shower with wash basin. Bedroom two is another double room to the front elevation, while the third bedroom, to the same aspect, is a generous single room that will also take a double bed.
Outside & parking
A tarmac driveway lies in front of an attached garage which is accessed via a traditional 'up and over' door, while there is also a section with brick paving for further parking and a grassed area too. Access can be found at the side and into the rear garden, where there is a patio adjoining the back of the property, creating a pleasant seating area. There is a door into the garage the back of the garage, while there is a useful wooden storage shed. Fully enclosed with fencing at each side, the garden is a safe, secure space for children and pets. An area of lawn then makes up the majority of the garden, with a couple of mature shrubs creating an established outside space.
