Owner’s Thoughts:
We’ve absolutely loved living here — the space this bungalow offers is incredible. When friends & family visit, they’re always surprised by how much room there is. The kitchen/dining area is the heart of the home, where we’ve hosted many family meals and celebrations.
The lounge is so cosy with the fireplace, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect when we had guests stay over. We chose to use the upstairs loft area as our master suite, and having a dressing area and WC up there has been a real luxury. The extra room has served us as a home office and, at times, perfect for the family to stay over!
We also appreciate how easy the garden is to maintain, and the garage and off-road parking have been invaluable. The location is brilliant — everything’s within walking distance, from shops and schools to lovely green open spaces.
It’s a home that grows with you — we’ll miss it, but we’re excited for someone else to enjoy it as much as we have.

What Contract Ready Means for You — the Buyer
When a seller is Contract Ready, it means all the key legal documents are prepared before a sale is agreed, so everything’s ready to go as soon as the offer is accepted, with no cost to you.
This includes:
• Proof of ownership and authority to sell
• Seller’s Property Information Forms (TA6, TA10)
• Draft contract of sale
Your solicitor usually receives the full legal pack within 48 hours, so they can get to work immediately.
How this helps you:
• Reduces the number of enquiries going back and forth
• Smoother and potentially quicker sale
• Lowers the risk of the sale falling through
