If you’re looking to take your first step onto the property ladder — and you’re already based in Redbridge — this stylish one-bedroom apartment could be the perfect fit. Set within a smart, secure modern development just moments from leafy Wanstead High Street and the Central Line, it combines convenience, comfort, and contemporary style.
Located on the third floor of a low-rise block, the flat opens with a spacious entrance hallway leading into a bright, open-plan kitchen/reception room. Sleek fittings and finishes give the space a modern edge, while generous glazing keeps it light and airy. The bedroom is well-proportioned and inviting, and the fully tiled bathroom adds a fresh, contemporary touch.
Practical features include double glazing, a secure entry-phone system, and secure cycle storage. Outside your front door, you’re just a short walk from Wanstead High Street’s independent shops, cafés, and green spaces, with Wanstead Station (Central Line) offering excellent links into the City and beyond.
If you lived here...
Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the sought-after Wanstead area, this well-located apartment offers the rare blend of tranquillity and convenience — with Wanstead Station (Central Line) just moments away.
Accessed via a secure entry system, the apartment opens into a spacious hallway with a built-in double storage cupboard, perfect for keeping coats, shoes, and clutter neatly out of sight.
All rooms lead off the hallway. The 20-foot kitchen/reception room is a bright, welcoming space, with French doors letting in natural light and fresh air — ideal for catching a breeze on summer days. There’s ample room for both dining and relaxing, while the kitchen at the far end means you can cook and still be part of the conversation. White cabinetry, a grey metro-tiled splashback, and generous prep space set a classic tone, while a gunmetal grey feature wall adds drama, complemented by pale wooden flooring running throughout.
The bathroom is modern and calming, with warm off white tiling, a white suite, and a glazed walk-in shower that gives it a spa-like feel. The bedroom is a generous, light-filled retreat with discreet built-in wardrobes and a forest-green feature wall that mirrors the greenery outside.
Communal gardens complete the picture — complete with vegetable beds for those with green fingers and a chance to connect with your neighbours. Whether you’re a single buyer or a couple looking to put down roots, this is a home that offers the best of Wanstead living.

A word from the owners...
"Moving to this flat was a great stepping stone for us. We love the light from the amazing full length windows, and all of the new fixtures. We are very proud of the inbuilt wardrobe which we installed. This flat could not be in a better position for Wanstead station, which is a 3 minute walk away. You can be in Bond Street in 35 minutes. It is also a 3 minute walk from the villagey high street filled with many great pubs and restaurants. It is also surrounded by nature, which we love. Wanstead is such a great community and fantastic place to live. Wanstead feels like a village with easy access to London. It has such a community feel - in our time here we have got to know many local business owners by name. We are staying local because we love it so much. There is a beautiful central park, and many great pubs and cafes. There are also long nature walks within 20 minutes."
