large detached family home with three en-suites and four reception rooms – no chain
A spacious and well-presented four double bedroom detached house with three en-suites, four reception rooms, and a galleried landing, tucked away in a popular semi-rural village location close to the east coast and good transport links.
Our Thoughts
This impressive executive home offers excellent space for a growing family or those looking for flexible living. Set on a wide plot with wraparound gardens and a generous driveway, the property is one of only a handful on a quiet, well-kept street in worlaby, just a short drive from willerby, barton, and nearby coastal spots. Inside, there’s a striking entrance hall leading to four reception rooms including a study and a cosy sitting room. The kitchen/breakfast room is bright and sociable, with a central island and garden views. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles, with the master featuring a dressing room and 5-piece en-suite. Heating is taken care of with underfloor systems across the ground floor and the first floor master en-suite, smart nest thermostats, and wired smoke alarms for peace of mind.
Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved how much space this house gives us. It’s been perfect for family life – the kids have had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, and we’ve had plenty of room to work from home when needed. The galleried landing gives the whole place a bright and open feel. Being ideally situated for the motorways heading in the direction of the M180 Doncaster/Leeds etc., A15 Barton/Hull, A15 Lincoln and A180 Grimsby. Also, route 1 of the National cycle route runs through the village and there is a primary school in the village. We’ve found the village very quiet and friendly, and the large driveway and wraparound garden have been great for both parking and entertaining. We’ve also found the smart home features really useful day to day.
