We have absolutely loved living in this house. All the bedrooms are bright and spacious, and with three children spread across the three floors, the layout has been perfect for keeping things peaceful — we rarely hear any noise between floors!

The house itself is full of natural light and stays wonderfully warm in winter — i’m usually comfortable walking around in just a t-shirt. Despite being on an estate, our garden feels surprisingly private, with no one overlooking us. It’s a peaceful outdoor space where we spend a lot of time, especially under the gazebo — it’s a real haven and perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

The community here is one of the best parts of living in this home. We have amazing neighbours who are always happy to lend a hand or share a glass of wine. It’s an incredibly friendly and safe neighbourhood. During Halloween and Christmas, so many families go all out decorating their homes — it’s magical for the children and creates such a warm, festive atmosphere.

The location is fantastic too, with excellent transport links — Reading Station is close by, giving you fast access to London in just 20 minutes. There are also some lovely local schools, making it ideal for families.

We’ve truly loved this home, and we know it will be hard to find somewhere that matches everything this house and neighbourhood have given us.
