Owners Comments...
I have really enjoyed living here since it was built six years ago. All the eight neighbours in the block are very friendly and we have a WhatsApp group for general chat and when we go away.
I found this place so peaceful, quiet and nice to relax when I get home.
There are a few nice walks to enjoy on a summers day on the all trials app and with a 15 minute walk into Wokingham town for pubs and restaurants and the train station, everything is easy to get to. The local pub, The Dog and Duck is nice to eat and enjoy a couple of drinks which will take a 5 minute walk.
I’m sure the new owners will enjoy this home as much as I have and with the convenience of having everything they could need on their doorstep.
I’m moving as my financial situation has changed and i’m looking to move away and start my next adventure. I will miss this place as everything is so easy to get around, I walk everywhere.

This is a great first time buyer opportunity to buy a shared ownership apartment tucked away at the very end of Copeswood which is a desirable location within Wokingham. Set in a modern development built just 6 years ago by Linden Homes, this top floor apartment has loads going for it. You've got two proper double bedrooms, a big en suite to the main bedroom, and a super spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge that’s the real heart of the home. The current owner has even added a breakfast bar, such a fab addition for morning coffees or evening chats.
The whole place has been freshly repainted in the last few weeks, so it’s totally move in ready. The south facing balcony runs across the back of the property and feels really private which perfect for enjoying some sun! You'll also find a good sized entrance hall with a large storage cupboard and a separate main bathroom.
This comes with no onward chain too so get in touch to arrange your viewing!
Area Comments...
Edmund House is in a brilliant spot in Wokingham one of those hidden little spots that feels peaceful but is just a stone’s throw from Cantley Park and all the local action! There are loads of local amenities just a short stroll away, think a great pub, a convenient Co-Op, and lovely green spaces for walks. Wokingham town centre is right nearby, packed with shops, restaurants, pubs, top-rated schools, and a train station with direct links to London and Reading. Plus, the M4 is just a short drive away, making commuting a breeze!
