Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Nestled in the very heart of Bunbury Village, Maydawn presents a truly rare opportunity to acquire a distinctive detached property. This charming home, offered for sale with no ongoing chain, boasts a unique style and layout that makes it distinctive and appealing.

The property is set in established and mature gardens. The outdoor space is not only attractive and private, but is also relatively straightforward to maintain, offering a perfect balance of privacy and practicality.

One of the most compelling advantages of Maydawn is its future proof living design. With three bedrooms in total, one is conveniently located on the ground floor, directly opposite a well-appointed shower room. This thoughtful arrangement provides superb adaptability, allowing for bungalow-style living should circumstances require it in the future.

The interior of Maydawn exudes a really appealing feel whilst leaving ample scope for the next owner to modernise certain aspects to their own taste and specification. The main reception room is generously proportioned and enjoys excellent aspects of the rear garden, creating a bright and inviting space. The adjoining kitchen also benefits from a similar delightful outlook. Upstairs, two further bedrooms await, both featuring built-in storage. One of these bedrooms includes an en-suite facility. While this en-suite is in need of some modernisation, it nonetheless provides a very welcome convenience.
