This charming 3 bedroom Cotswold stone cottage offers character accommodation with superb views over open countryside. The house offers scope for a new owner to renovate and possibly extend the accommodation (subject to planning) to suit their requirements and had recently been granted permission to extend which has now expired.
The ground floor accommodation is currently comprised of a sitting room and dining room, both of which have stone fireplaces and a kitchen fitted with painted shaker units and a stable door to the garden. A boiler and utility room with toilet can be accessed externally. The first floor has three bedrooms with far reaching views and a family bathroom.
At the top of the garden, a timber annexe offers great additional accommodation with a spacious living room, a shower room and bedroom with French doors onto a raised deck. Below the house is a wonderful garden room or "party" barn with a vaulted entertainment room with exposed beams, a limestone flooring and bi-folding doors onto a terrace and a kitchenette ideal for food preparation.
Outside
The gardens surround the house with mature trees, well stocked shrub borders and seating areas adjacent to the house, barn and annexe. To the front there is gated off road parking for several vehicles.
