"i’ve called this my home for over six years, and it has been a wonderful space to live in, both inside and out. During lockdown, the private terrace was especially appreciated, a peaceful retreat where you can unwind while still being so close to the hustle and bustle of London. The terrace is private with lovely views, the apartment feels warm and cosy in winter, and light and airy in summer. The neighbours are friendly and supportive, creating a genuine sense of community. It has been the perfect home for me as a Single occupant preferred and later as a couple. We are only moving to be closer to family outside of London. The apartment has been very well maintained. It is located in a safe area, just an 8–10 minute walk from Purley Station, with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge in 20–30 minutes. Excellent connections to Gatwick and Luton airports, including overnight trains, make commuting simple. Local amenities such as supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are nearby, yet the area remains quiet. The apartment is well soundproofed, and the building has a lovely sense of community, I know all of the neighbours on our floor, who all own their homes and moved in around the same time. The underfloor heating is a real bonus, keeping the apartment warm and cosy throughout the winter."
