About this property

"We loved our time living in this flat, enjoying both the tranquillity of the Greenbank cemetery and quiet residential roads, and the vibrancy the Greenbank, St Mark’s Rd and all Easton has to offer. We have loved the proximity to the cycle path and have spent many summer (and winter) weekends cycling to Bath for a day out pottering, as well as being incredibly handy for commuting to town.
The flat itself is modern, spacious and is a peaceful retreat from city life, tucked away from the hubbub. The high ceilings give a real sense of openness and the mezzanine is very cosy for curling up with a good book or watching a film. We enjoyed several years here before our family expanded and are excited to allow another owner to put their stamp on it and call it home."

    The home

A light and bright one bedroom apartment with the added benefit of a mezzanine level which can be used as a study or as a guest bedroom. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/living room with double doors onto a balcony. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath.

    Outdoor space

There is a small balcony which is accessed from the living room

    Living in Greenbank

Greenbank Road is a terraced street offering a bustling location within this vibrant residential area of the city, placed between Greenbank Cemetery and the Bristol Bath Cycle Path. Greenbank is renowned for its distinctive character and community spirit, and boasts a host of local amenities, attractions and community events that draw many visitors from outside the area. The area is well connected to the city centre and beyond by bike, road and train. The M32 and the A431 to Bath are both easily accessible.

The area is also home to a number of Bristol's finest independent shops and eateries, hugely popular with locals and visitors alike. Situated along St Marks Road are Bristol Sweet Mart, Thali Café, East Bristol Bakery, and The Garden of Easton. Also close by are No 12 Café, The Greenbank pub, Este Kitchen, Matter Wholefoods, and Public Market. This house is a short walk away from Whitehall Primary School that is consistently rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, while May Park is a similarly well-regarded local option.
