The spacious layout includes a large living room with feature fireplace, a modernised sitting room with wood burner, and a stylish kitchen with quartz effect worktops. From the Agent’s Perspective
i’m really pleased to bring this victorian terraced house to market. The high ceilings and period details, like the baluster rails and feature light fittings, give the home a real sense of space and character. The living room is especially impressive, with a large bay window letting in plenty of light and a lovely outlook to the front. The sitting room at the back, with its wood burner and doors to the garden, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is modern and well-fitted, with a breakfast area that catches the morning sun. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are a good size, with the primary suite offering fitted wardrobes and a peaceful feel. The bathroom is finished to a high standard, with both a walk-in shower and a bath. The location is a real bonus, being so close to the city centre and within walking distance of hymers school. The courtyards at the front and back are both low maintenance, making this a great option for busy families or professionals.
From the Client’s/Vendor’s Perspective
We’ve loved living here on hymers avenue. The high ceilings and spacious rooms make the house feel really open and welcoming. The living room is our favourite spot for family time, especially with the big window looking out to the front. The sitting room with the wood burner is cosy in the winter, and in the summer we often open the doors out to the rear courtyard to enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen has been a great space for cooking and eating together, and the breakfast area is lovely in the mornings. All the bedrooms are comfortable, and the fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom have been really useful. We’ve found the location so convenient, with the city centre and hymers school just a short walk away. The courtyards are easy to look after, which has been a real plus for us.
