"Long story short, we would never move if we didn't have to but we have had a change in our circumstances.

Starting with 7 days a week concierge, a fantastic 360 rooftop with views of most of the London skyline landmarks from Canary Wharf, to the City and Ally Pally. The fireworks for New Years and Guy Fawkes are simply incredible! We are the first owners, so the flat is in pristine condition . This wheelchair accessible, light-flooded flat full of space to move around it's wide corridors and with ample storage is a perfect home for entertaining guests, hosting visitors or family life. We get beautiful sunrises on our balcony and incredible sunsets on the rooftop garden. We enjoy the third storey height as we get to enjoy experiencing the trees change with the season up close.

The community spirit of the building and entire street is great. There are groups and street parties brings us all together! There is a large number of young professionals in our area which provides an opportunity for networking and building relationships.

Within short distances are parks, the Wetlands, local cafes, restaurants, a shopping centre and High Street along with a number of big named supermarkets. Being one step away from everything is just a must. There are two overground stations within 5 min walk of us (one whips you to Liverpool Street in 15 min). The same line brings you to Chingford in 15 min and we often bring our dogs there to walk in Epping Forest.
