Holiday Home Description:
The Stamford is a luxury lodge with a stunningly modern interior and striking exterior. It is double glazed with central heating, has double opening doors to the front, and has the largest master bedroom that Carnaby has ever produced'.
The lounge has two comfortable, leather sofas which provide plenty of seating for you and your family, one sofa looks directly on to the modern fireplace and space for where a wall-mounted TV would sit. The space for the TV includes a TV point and there are usb charging sockets at the plug points in the lounge too. While the other sofa, faces the front opening doors. They would open perfectly on to an L-shaped decking (not included) which really would extend the living area so you can enjoy evening meals and a drink as the sun sets on a summer evening.
Set off the lounge space is a double use' dining area, for casual dining there is a breakfast bar with two adjustable stools. For more formal occasions or for a little more space, the circular glass table is accompanied by 4 super-comfy high backed chairs.
The kitchen is modern and stylish with a glossy finish on the cupboards, whether it is the white units or the offsetting grey. The tall larder cupboard is one side of the integrated gas oven, grill and microwave oven, while the integrated fridge-freezer is to the other side. Opposite the oven is the 5 hob gas burner, accompanied by an externally venting extractor hood, sink and worktop space.
In the master bedroom, which Carnaby describe as the biggest they've ever made, there is a large contemporary headboard, large wardrobe, stylish bedside tables and cupboards. Opposite the bed (which lifts up for additional storage) is a dressing table and the en-suite shower room is ideally placed just off the bedroom with large shower, WC and wash basin ensuring queues for the main bathroom are kept to a minimum!
In the twin room there is a tall wardrobe with over-bed storage and side table between the two beds. Both bedrooms also have a TV point and usb charging sockets here too.
The family shower room has a large shower, WC and wash basin as in the en-suite, which has a modern towel rail too. There is shelving for toiletries and towels, plus under sink cupboard space too.
