Seller's comments..

Whitelands Way was our very first home, and we’ve absolutely loved living here. The community spirit in Kingsmere has been wonderful, and having amenities like PureGym, M&S and the Co-op just a short walk away has made everyday life so convenient. We’ve also enjoyed the restaurants within Kingsmere, and of course being able to stroll to Bicester Village, the Nike Outlet and Tesco Superstore has been a real bonus.

When friends and family have visited, having the Premier Inn and Holiday Inn nearby has been incredibly handy. Travelling for work has been easy too – with Oxford just a short commute and direct trains from Bicester Village to London making meetings in the capital simple and stress-free.

The house itself has been such a joy to live in. The principal bedroom is much larger than most we’ve seen – it easily fits our super king bed with space to spare! We’ve loved entertaining in the open-plan kitchen-diner and relaxing in the large, airy first-floor living room.

The only reason we’re moving is because one of us now works from home full time and we need an extra room. Otherwise, we’d have happily stayed in this beautiful home for many more years.

Area Guide...

The Kingsmere development has quickly become one of Bicester’s most desirable and family-friendly neighbourhoods. Designed with modern living in mind, it combines thoughtfully planned homes with excellent amenities, all within easy reach of the town centre and beyond.

Location & Connectivity
Kingsmere enjoys a prime location on the edge of Bicester, with direct access to the A41, M40 and Bicester Village train station. This makes commuting to Oxford, London and Birmingham straightforward, while still enjoying a peaceful, community-focused setting.

Amenities on Your Doorstep
Residents benefit from a wide range of local conveniences right within the development. From a Co-op and M&S Foodhall to PureGym and a selection of restaurants, everything you need is within walking distance. For world-class shopping, Bicester Village is just around the corner, offering designer outlets and cafés.

Schools & Community
Kingsmere is particularly popular with families thanks to its excellent schools. St Edburg’s CofE Primary School and Whitelands Academy Secondary School are both part of the development, alongside several nurseries and play areas. The area is designed to encourage a strong sense of community, with green spaces, walking routes and sports facilities all contributing to a balanced lifestyle.

Lifestyle & Leisure
From gyms and sports pitches to play parks and open green areas, Kingsmere offers plenty of opportunities for leisure and wellbeing. Its modern layout and landscaped spaces make it a safe and pleasant place to live. Plus, with Oxford just 12 miles away and the Cotswolds nearby, weekend adventures are never far.

Why Kingsmere?
Kingsmere offers the best of both worlds – the convenience of modern living with great amenities, schools and transport links, alongside the charm of Bicester’s market town character. It’s no surprise it has become one of the most sought-after areas for first-time buyers, families and professionals alike.
