Owner Insight
"I bought this bright & spacious apartment back in 2002 as an investment, with it being in such a convenient location and having off road parking. Since then I have never had any trouble in letting it. With less than 100m walk to St Marychurch shops & Precinct where you'll find several independent shops, including butchers, bakers, green grocers, hairdressers, news agents, cafes, restaurants, gp surgery as well as a Post Office, 3 supermarkets & 3 pubs. There are also 2 churches & 2 primary schools nearby and the South West Coast Path literally passes the far end of Petitor Road. Ideal property for young family, investment or the retired. Since being refurbished in 2022, my eldest son has lived there but is now buying his own home. This is a very easy property to maintain. Myself & the owner of upstairs share the Freehold 50/50 and a 999 year lease was granted in 2001. The buildings insurance is paid by both flats jointly once a year."
