I love the quiet and calmness of my flat overlooking the large mature garden but still have lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away. Transport links are fantastic with Streatham Hill station a few minutes’ walk, as well as the Thameslink, Victoria line and Northern line nearby too.

I’ve refurbished the kitchen, the bathroom including the shower cubicle, had double glazing installed and a new boiler. The flat is ready to move in without having the cost of remodelling, or fixing anything. The large living room has plenty of space for relaxing on the comfy sofa as well as a “work from home” space too. The kitchen has a swinging door to keep your cooking inside!

The building has mainly young professionals, who are very easy going. When we aren’t at the many restaurants on the high street, we’re in Balham, which is a short walk; or Tooting common for those hot summer days.
