Owners' Insight

"We chose to live in St Marychurch because it was away from the business of Torquay and it has a friendly, welcoming aspect about it. It has a good selection of shops, including Co-op & Sainsburys, as well as a number of independent shops. It also has a doctors, dentist, chiropodist, churches etc. There is also a good theatre just an easy walk along Babbacombe Downs. A sandy beach is at the bottom of the Cliff Railway (an easy walk down), where a good restaurant & coffee shop awaits. Buses run to Teigmouth, Dawlish and Paignton, as well as down to Torquay seafront."

Built-in electric oven, ceramic hob with cooker hood above, integrated fridge and freezer. Durable wood effect floor, cornice lighting and window to the front with south westerly aspect.
