Location
Roxwell is a very popular area offering a quiet village life but not being too far from the vibrant city centre of Chelmsford. The village itself has a thriving community feel with their historic Parish Church and the Chequers public house as well as two village halls, a pre-school and primary school. Other pubs and restaurants are also within a short distance.
Relaxing countryside walks with or without the dog are literally all around you, and for the days that you want a bit more to do, Chelmsford city centre is around 4 miles away (14 minutes via bus) which has a wide variety of shops and amenities as well as a mainline train station where you can catch a train to Stratford or Liverpool Street in around 30 minutes. The A1060 in the other direction will take you towards Bishops Stortford and Stansted Airport.
We think this is the perfect location for someone that wants the enjoyment you get from a village community but with the option to head into the city without too much effort.

The Kitchen/Dining room has a range of white gloss matching wall and base units with cupboards under, fitted oven with hob and extracted fan, fitted fridge/freezer, and spaces for washing machine and dishwasher. To one end of the room French doors lead out to the Rear Garden, whilst to the other end sliding double doors take you into the front facing lounge.
Ground floor Bedroom One faces rear, with windows and French doors opening up onto the garden, whilst Ground floor Bedroom Two faces front. The Bathroom has a window out to the side, low flush toilet, vanity wash basin with cupboard under, panel bath with shower attachment and fixed rainhead shower over, and a heated tail rail.
