Owner Insight

"We purchased this home about ten years ago when we were looking to downsize, and it has been such a special place for us ever since. Its level access and the convenience of being so close to schools, shops, and the beach made life easy, but what i’ve loved most is how versatile it has been. At times, we’ve welcomed students here for a bit of extra income, and for many years it was a happy, lively family home. Now that the children have grown up and moved out, it feels like the right time to downsize again. What i’ll miss most are the wonderful neighbours and the sense of community we’ve enjoyed here. This house has given us so many memories, and my hope is that someone new will love it just as much and make it their own family home."
