Nestled in the heart of the ever-popular Devon Village of Bradworthy, this charming detached period cottage offers a rare opportunity to enjoy village living with convenience on your doorstep. Bradworthy itself boasts an excellent range of local amenities including a well-regarded primary school, a welcoming pub, and a variety of independent shops.
The property would benefit from some modernisation and presents spacious and versatile accommodation, brimming with character features throughout. An entrance porch leads into a generous living room, filled with natural light from twin front-facing windows, and centred around a feature fireplace with a wood-burning stove. To the rear, the fitted kitchen provides space for appliances and enjoys views over the garden, with direct access outside.
A later side extension has created a large double bedroom with the benefit of an en suite, making it ideal as a ground-floor master suite or guest accommodation. Upstairs, the first floor offers three further bedrooms alongside a family bathroom.
Outside, the property enjoys a tarmac driveway providing off-road parking, an enclosed front garden, and to the rear a walled garden—currently a blank canvas offering huge potential to create a traditional cottage garden.
Offered to the market with no onward chain, this delightful home combines period character with a highly desirable village setting. EPC: E.

Neighbouring towns include the coastal resort of Bude with its safe sandy surfing beaches some 10 miles, the port and market town of Bideford some 14 miles and the market town of Holsworthy with its Waitrose supermarket some 7 miles distant. The regional and North Devon centre of Barnstaple is some 23 miles whilst Okehampton and Dartmoor together with the A30 dual carriageway is some 20 miles. The Cathedral and University city of Exeter with its intercity rail and motorway links is some 40 miles.
