Owners Insights:

What do you love most about your home?

The area is just brilliant. Shoreditch Park is right outside the door, the canal just behind us. And it has lots of great cafes and pubs as well as wine bars to choose from. We also love the development itself, it's a beautifully designed building inside and out. The flat has an open floor plan and the large windows make it very bright and airy. Having a concierge team at the ground floor does not only add an extra layer of safety but you also get a warm welcome every time you come home.

Why are you selling?

This flat is our first property and we truly love it. Following some changes in our personal lives, we have now decided to sell the flat, albeit with a heavy heart.

What do you love about the area?

It's amazing to be right between Shoreditch Park and the canal, nature literally at your doorstep. And nothing is far away - Shoreditch, Dalston, Angel, the City are just around the corner. We love our local coffee and brunch spot Bobo & Wild, which serves fantastic food and good vibes. The Rosemary Branch Pub, serving pints in the sunset or the Baring for a real gastro pub experience. And a stroll down Hoxton Street Market never gets old.
