Exceptional sea views of Tor Bay are just one of the attributes of this fine coastal apartment which forms part of a select development set on the lower slopes of the prestigious Livermead hillside. The property occupies an enviable entrance level, south easterly corner position with triple aspect. The principal room leads onto a balcony, from where the views over the landscaped gardens to the sea are best enjoyed. The railway linking Torquay to Paignton is in the foreground, with the steam train a welcome sight in the summer months.
The sea front and beach at Livermead lie virtually a pebble's throw away, with a leisurely walk along the promenade leading to the flag ship beach of Torre Abbey Sands, Torquay Train Station, Torre Abbey and gardens, Princess Theatre, selection of restaurants, Marina and Harbour. The picturesque Cockington Country Park is equally accessible covering circa 460 acres of meadows, lakes and woodland.

Owners Insight
"The apartment was a retreat for us for over ten years, a place we could come to relax away from our demanding work lives. As soon as we walked through the door we knew the apartment was the one. The view was of course the biggest attraction, and there is always something to see from the picture windows, whether activity on the water, sea front, or trains passing by. The steam train chugs past in the summer, which is a lovely sight and rather nostalgic.
The apartment gave us a lifestyle as much as a home but sadly circumstances have changed leading to making the difficult decision to sell. I will certainly be sad when I shut the door for the final time."
