We’ve lived in our home for nearly 20 years and have loved living here. We have found Holland Pines to have a great community feel. The house provides great living space for a family, with amenities close by for everyone including South Hill Park which hosts comedy, theatre and music events for the whole family. The Look Out, including Swinley Forest and Coral Reef are all close by. We have great access routes into London via the M3 and M4. Bracknell has a vibrant shopping centre now with a variety of dining options. The time has come for us to move on and we’re sure the next family will enjoy the home as much as we have.

Holland Pines is in a brilliant spot for anyone wanting green space on their doorstep. You’ve got Swinley Forest just a short walk away, perfect for dog walks, running, or mountain biking. The property itself fronts onto a lovely green, giving you a nice open outlook rather than looking straight at another house. Bracknell town centre with The Lexicon shopping and dining is close by, along with great road links to the M3 and M4 for commuters.

This one really stands out because of the sheer amount of work that’s been done. It honestly feels like a show home inside – the sellers have done everything to a really high standard, so you can literally move straight in without lifting a finger. The kitchen is one of our favourite parts of the house – it’s modern, bright, and just a perfect finish. The layout works so well for families with two reception rooms, and the gardens have both been landscaped beautifully. We love the fact it fronts onto a green as it gives you that extra sense of space and privacy.
