Directions

From Dorchester, take the A35 West, at Monkeys Jump roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A35, continue on the A35 to Bridport. After approximately 9.5 miles, take the turning for Portway on the right, after 500m the gate to enter the land by the building will be on the right.

Direct Road access from Portway to the north.

Services

A metered mains water supply is connected to the property. Mains water is pumped from the pumphouse to tanks near the top of the hill to the south, then gravity fed back to the troughs on the land included in the sale. The pumphouse is included in the sale but the vendors retain a right to a connection from their retained land.

Agricultural Schemes

The southern parcel is entered into a Countryside Stewardship Mid-Tier agreement until the end of 2026, with options GS2 and BE3 allocated on the parcel. The Vendor will retain the 2025 payment, then the agreement will be transferred to the purchaser on completion.
