We had this property constructed to our own design and it has been a superb and energy efficient home. There was a positive attitude from the planners regarding the possibility of building a single dwelling on the further lawn but for health reasons we were unable to pursue it but there is definitely development potential.

Wingham village includes two pub/restaurants, a bus service, general stores, a primary school, surgery, dentist, and nearby is Gibsons excellent farm shop.
