As for the area.....
It is brilliantly positioned, set across the road from the ever-popular Cantley park and Ashridge Meadow. A Co-op convenience store is a short stroll away, and this postcode falls into catchment for some of the area’s most popular schools including Holt and Emmbrook. Wokingham town centre less than a 20-minute walk away and you will find very easy access to the motorway.
Viewings can be arranged immediately and by appointment only.
Sellers view ....
'We’re reluctantly selling our beautiful family home, which we’ve lived in for 6-years since August 2025 – in pursuit to slightly more living space to house our growing family.
Ever since we first viewed this home, we’ve loved feeling of spaciousness throughout the house due to the high ceilings and open-plan living style. Berkeley Homes build high-quality houses and the house has a very premium feel to it because of their high attention to detail and quality-first approach.
We’ve made some modest improvements on the original build since purchasing the house, including landscaping our garden, installing additional storage in our shed and some internal decorations – however despite this, we feel that the house is a relatively blank canvas and offers opportunity to extend into a large loft (subject to planning permission).
Our neighbours are all lovely throughout the entire development, very friendly and welcoming – a particular highlight of the year is Halloween, where everyone “gets involved” and as a result we have a strong sense of community here.
Perhaps our favourite feature of the house isn’t quite the house itself, but more its location. Commuting to London Paddington from Twyford station is a breeze with an 8 minute drive to the station and a 25-minute train into Paddington. Our commute to central London is complete door-to-door in less than an hour. During our recreational time, we’ve loved being able to walk into Wokingham during maternity leave and weekends, which takes 20-25 minutes each-way and is relatively flat. Being on the doorstep of Cantley Park and the “sang” (adjacent to the development) has given our children quick access to nature, which many homes in the area cannot boast.
It's been a difficult decision to leave our home, but we’re ready to take our next step on the property ladder and welcome in another family to make special memories here, as we have done'.
