Sellers Comment...
We have loved living here- it is so quiet and the neighbours are lovely! We are also a stone's throw away from the shops, school, park, and both Wildmoor Heath and Thibet woods, which are great for a dog walk, or when you need to tire out the children!
Due to a change in our family circumstances, we are looking to move to a new property, but we have spent a lot of time on the house, transforming it into a place that we love to spend our time in. In the six years that we have lived here, all the rooms have been redecorated, and we have completely revamped the garden into our little haven. Here, we have spent many happy days sitting in our garden (it is a lovely sun trap in the summer!), with a glass of wine. Our favourite room is the kitchen (which was originally the garage): We love the design of the room, and how light it is.
Will & Mike's Comment...
This beautifully renovated three-bedroom family home in Owlsmoor has been thoughtfully modernised throughout, offering stylish living spaces and a practical layout ideal for modern family life.
At the front, the property benefits from driveway parking with an EV charger and a welcoming porch. Stepping inside, the former kitchen has been cleverly redesigned into a utility room, with the added convenience of a downstairs WC. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, filled with natural light and opening directly onto the south-facing garden. To the side, the garage has been expertly converted into a stunning, large kitchen featuring underfloor heating, sleek finishes, and plenty of space for cooking and hosting. Upstairs, there are three generously sized double bedrooms. Two benefit from built-in storage, while the master bedroom also enjoys a dedicated dressing area. The family bathroom has been enlarged and luxuriously finished, boasting both a separate bath and a shower. Outside, the south-facing garden offers an inviting space to relax, dine, and enjoy the sun.
This property is move-in ready, having been upgraded from top to bottom by the current owners, and is ideally located close to local schools, shops, and transport links.
Area Comment...
The neighbourhood is known for its friendly community feel and an abundance of local amenities. Families are particularly drawn to the area for its excellent schools, with Owlsmoor Primary School just a short walk away, a nursery at the end of the road and secondary schools nearby, including Sandhurst School. Outdoor space is in no short supply. Just around the corner, you'll find Owlsmoor Park, perfect for playtime with the kids or weekend strolls. Swan Lake Park and Edgbarrow Woods are also close by, offering beautiful walking trails, wildlife spotting, and space for picnics and bike rides.
For day-to-day convenience, the Owlsmoor shopping parade offers a Co-op, pharmacy, post office, and local takeaways — all within walking distance. Larger retail needs are catered for at The Meadows shopping centre and The Lexicon in nearby Bracknell.
Commuters are well served too, with Sandhurst train station just a short drive away and easy access to the M3 and A30, making travel to Reading, Farnborough, and London straightforward.
