Client's Perspective
Before we bought this apartment, we searched a large part of Lancashire looking for the place we felt truly at home and No 31 stood out from all the other apartments we viewed.
We have thoroughly enjoyed every day of living here and have found it to be a genuine oasis of calm and tranquillity being on a lovely quiet private estate.
The apartment is spacious and well laid out. The balcony is a special feature that we really enjoy, with sunshine most of the day and looking out over fantastic uninterrupted views of the countryside.
It feels very safe and secure having a key fob controlled front door and private parking right outside. It has been very easy to maintain and has a great children’s playground in the communal garden at the rear of the estate for when our grandchildren come to stay.
It is in easy reach of Longridge town where there is an array of shops, pubs, cafes and bars. Nearby there are some outstanding places to eat out, scenic places to walk or cycle and picturesque areas of the River Ribble.
