Set within the ever so popular Denmark Mews development, originally constructed in 2002, is this gorgeous four bedroom family home with excellent transport links to mainline stations.
With no onward chain, this fantastic home is ready for someone to pack their bags & move straight into. The location is second to none and you'll be certain to experience the buzz of this cosmopolitan City living here!
Luxurious and secure, this exclusive yellow brick Mews house in central Hove boasts four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two receptions. Situated moments away from Hove mainline train station, it offers convenient access to both the city centre and the beach.
Having been sympathetically upgraded over the years this home offers an array of versatile living accommodation to suit one's needs.
The house has been beautifully maintained and improved to include "smart" features - lights and heating can be controlled by app and voice. In addition, the windows have been upgraded to anthracite Gray framed units alongside a top-of-the-range matching front door. Indeed, the house is superbly well appointed throughout, with largely neutral interiors.
The property comprises of spacious entrance hall with ample storage, downstairs cloak room, utility room, sitting room/bedroom four – ideal for grandparents looking to move in with the family or a teenagers den, spacious lounge/dining room, upgraded kitchen/breakfast room with an array of integrated Miele and AEG appliances.
On the second floor there are three double bedrooms and a principal bathroom, the main bedroom has its own newly renovated en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has been transformed into a home office with bespoke handmade shelves and desk.
Outside, the property benefits from a paved area to the front, providing off-street parking for two cars, an EV charger, an integral garage and an outdoor storage cupboard. The courtyard garden at the rear is easily maintained.
Denmark Mews is a small exclusive development of just 22 mews-style properties where traditional meets modern forming part of the Denmark Villas Conservation Area which is ideally situated just moments from Hove mainline railway station with its commuter links to Brighton, London and Gatwick. The mews is extremely private, secluded and favourably positioned within close proximity to vibrant Church Road and George Street where you'll find an abundance of amenities including boutique shops, supermarkets, trendy bars & pubs, coffee shops, brunch hotspots, gyms, beauty parlours and much more.
What the owner says...
This flexible and easy to live in house has been my home for 23 years. It is perfectly located for both train and bus services. There is a good selection of shops, bars and gyms within easy walking distance. The Mews is quiet, the location of the house means there is no passing traffic and I have friendly neighbours. The garage and additional parking spaces on the forecourt is unusual for such a central location. The garden is not overlooked and has potential for a green fingered buyer to make it an attractive and relaxing space
